Job description
itsme is changing and preparing for the future. This results in internationalizing and professionalizing the sales and marketing functions, with a stronger emphasis on generating leads and creating opportunities through online and offline campaigns.
 
The lead qualifier is responsible for managing incoming leads and nurtures leads through the different stages from Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) into the sales pipeline. This concerns the leads for all sales organisations in the Netherlands.
 
What will you be doing?
Tasks

  • Perform desk research to improve lead quality and scoring
  • Place outbound calls to connect with prospects and customers
  • Validate leads with help of sales guidelines
  • Get in contact with the right contact person
  • Enter and update customer, contact person and lead information
  • Assigns marketing attributes to contact persons based on event or campaign activity
  • Make appointment for a call or visit with the right itsme colleague
  • Works with sales management to assure leads are followed-up
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date lead status, activity and info in C4C, assigns leads to the right sales person
  • Delivers a monthly report showing sales results from leads
  • Keeps updated and involved in ongoing and planned marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships
 
Responsibilities
  • Nurtures leads through the different stages from SAL to SQL into the sales pipeline
  • Assures timely follow-up and execution
  • Is the central point of contact for lead management and status for the assigned country
  • Participates in the preparation of marketing campaigns Provides input to marketing team to improve marketing campaigns and process
  • Report to the marketing director
